The Soft Enamel Pin Process
Soft enamel pins are die struck, leaving raised and recessed areas in the design. Enamel paint in a variety of PMS and Pantone colors fills in the recessed areas. Then, it is air dried which causes the enamel to settle a bit, giving the pin almost a 3D look to it.
Each colored area is surrounded by a thin metal line which holds the enamel in place.
They are very similar to our hard enamel pins with the raised metal lines. But unlike a hard enamel pin, you can feel the raised lines if you gently rub a thumb or finger on the pin.

We are custom pin manufacturers, so you put the size, but as we always say, we recommend that these pins not exceed thirty millimeters since their composition can make them heavy and need two closures of butterfly, or a safety pin that guarantees its fastening.
